His career, particularly in the award-winning Cape Winelands District, has seen him make significant contributions to the restaurant sector. Recognizing the area's potential, he opened and managed Top Steakhouses that has set new standards for culinary excellence. 

As a manager of high-end restaurant outlets, he showcases exceptional leadership and organizational skills. He consistently meets customer expectations, ensuring each guest enjoys a remarkable dining experience. His extensive background in marketing, large events management, and high-end festivals, coupled with international restaurant experience in the US and UK, has enhanced his ability to cater to diverse clientele and create unique, immersive experiences.

In February 2023, Robin joined Four Seasons the Pearl - Qatar, playing a pivotal role in opening the hotel. In April 2024, he opened Chicago Rare Steakhouse, further elevating his influence in the culinary world.
